What is the Empathic and Assertive Leadership Course?

The Empathic and Assertive Leadership Course is aimed at entrepreneurs, managers and companies who want to improve their relationship with their team by building a network of relationships based on collaboration, a company where people feel accepted, respected and able to contribute at their best, thus improving the company climate with the aim of optimizing economic results.
