Ontological Coaching

In ontological coaching the fulcrum is the person, the human being.

Ontological coaching is a discipline that brings a different way of interpreting human beings, the way of relating, of behaving and of achieving the goals they set for themselves, for their companies and for society.

Language not only describes reality but through it reality is created.

With words we communicate our moods, our ideas and our beliefs to others, but also and above all to ourselves. The things that we repeat constantly and with a certain intensity become our reality.

It is solution centered and to encourage the development of new thinking and action strategies. The coach starts from the present and is future oriented.

In coaching solutions emerge spontaneously from the client or coach. The role of a coach is to feed the client’s spontaneous reflection with targeted questions, observations and specific feedback.

It helps him to connect with himself, with his own inner resources, to open up to new perspectives, to grasp the crux of a problem, to stimulate a process of recognition of his own values, qualities and resources.

Coaching is result-oriented, rather than problem-oriented.

A coach is not a consultant, does not give advice and does not necessarily have to be an expert in a specific sector. In a coaching relationship, the relationship between coach and client is partisan: a true partnership.

Coaching is dedicated to people who wish to embark on a path of personal growth, find harmony and balance in their lives, define and achieve personal and professional goals.

The coach doesn’t tell people what to do, doesn’t put pressure or give advice. He explores, asks questions, offers generative interpretations, respectfully challenges people’s mental models to develop a new gaze that allows to discover new actions and possibilities, and accompanies in the design of actions that facilitate access to the results sought.
